Shipping Policy

Vesfhub watches ship directly from suppliers in China.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing is separate from the transit estimates below.

Shipping options

Free Shipping (USPS): estimated transit of 8–20 business days after dispatch, free of charge.
Priority Shipping (USPS): estimated transit of 6–11 business days after dispatch. The current base charge is EUR 13.90. The final price in your checkout currency is shown before payment.

Checkout confirms availability for your address. Carrier services and final-mile partners may vary by destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, holidays and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

Tracking

We send tracking information after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. Multiple items may arrive separately, with separate tracking information where available.

Taxes and import charges

Taxes or import charges collected at checkout are shown in your order total. Depending on your destination, customs or the carrier may assess additional charges not collected at checkout. Any customer responsibility for these charges is subject to applicable law. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Delivery support

If a parcel is late, damaged, missing or marked delivered but not received, email sac@vesfhub.com with your order number. We will investigate and discuss the available solution. You do not need to wait an additional fixed period after the estimated delivery window to contact us. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
