At Vesfhub, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

How to request a return

Email sac@vesfhub.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our customer care team will discuss your request and provide the instructions and correct return address. Please contact us before sending any parcel; do not use the address on the shipping label unless we confirm it.

Item condition

For a change-of-mind return, keep the watch unworn and in its original condition, with accessories and packaging. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may result in a deduction for reduced value. This does not restrict rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Return postage

Customers pay change-of-mind return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise. We will explain the return destination and shipping arrangements before you send the item. Keep proof of shipment; tracked shipping is recommended. If we supplied an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs.

Refunds

We will confirm receipt and review of your return by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to any shorter mandatory deadline. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Problems with an order

Report damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items to sac@vesfhub.com. Include your order number and, where possible, photos or a description. We will discuss the applicable repair, replacement or refund options. A delivery scan alone does not prevent you from reporting a missing parcel.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including EU withdrawal and statutory rights for non-conforming goods. Where the EU 14-day withdrawal right applies, notify us by a clear statement within 14 days after delivery and send the goods back within 14 days of notification. Eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery, are refunded within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return. Additional costs for upgraded delivery are not reimbursed unless required by law. Sale items remain subject to statutory rights.
